KFG3 系列小型隔离开关（以下简称“开关”）是面向低压终端配电设计的模块化隔离开关，采用适用于标准导轨安装的紧凑结构，适用于交流 50Hz、额定工作电压 400V、额定电流至 100A 的配电线路。开关用于配电线路中不频繁的接通与分断，并可在检修时提供可靠的电气隔离，具备明显的通断状态指示与带负荷分断能力。

The KFG3 series miniature switch-disconnector (hereinafter referred to as “the switch”) is a modular isolator designed for low-voltage final distribution. Featuring a compact structure suitable for standard DIN-rail mounting, it is intended for distribution circuits of AC 50 Hz, rated operational voltage 400 V and rated current up to 100 A. The switch is used for infrequent making and breaking of distribution circuits and provides reliable electrical isolation during maintenance, with clear ON/OFF indication and load-breaking capability.

系列产品适配民用住宅、工业配电与建筑配电等多种应用环境，可用于住宅终端配电箱内的进线总开关或分路隔离，也可用于工业控制柜与楼宇配电箱作为隔离开关使用；极数与电流规格齐全，便于项目统一选型与集中采购。

The series suits a wide range of applications, including civil residential, industrial power distribution and building distribution. It can serve as the incoming main switch or as a branch isolator in residential consumer units, and as a switch-disconnector in industrial control cabinets and building distribution boards. The complete range of pole and current ratings facilitates unified model selection and centralized procurement across projects.

产品符合 IEC 60947-3《低压开关设备和控制设备 第3部分：开关、隔离器、隔离开关及熔断器组合电器》及 GB/T 14048.3《低压开关设备和控制设备 第3部分：开关、隔离器、隔离开关及熔断器组合电器》的要求，并按标准完成温升、介电性能与通断能力等型式试验。产品外壳正面实拍标注相关标准与电气参数信息，为专业选型提供依据。

The product complies with IEC 60947-3 “Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear – Part 3: Switches, disconnectors, switch-disconnectors and fuse-combination units” and GB/T 14048.3 (identical to IEC 60947-3). Type tests such as temperature rise, dielectric properties and making/breaking capacity are carried out accordingly. The standards and electrical parameters are printed on the front of the housing, providing a solid basis for professional model selection.

The switch features a white insulating housing and a dark grey operating handle, with a clean and clearly defined appearance. Terminal positions and circuit icons are clearly marked, making wiring and circuit identification straightforward. The front of the housing carries clearly printed parameters and standards, while the modular construction keeps a consistent height and increases in width in proportion to the number of poles, allowing compact arrangement and neat wiring inside distribution boards.

1. 安装前应核对额定电压、额定电流与被控线路匹配，并确认产品外观完好。

Before installation, verify that the rated voltage and rated current match the circuit, and check that the product is free from damage.

2. 应垂直安装于标准导轨，接线牢固，端子螺钉按规定力矩紧固。

Mount vertically on a standard DIN rail; wire securely and tighten terminal screws to the specified torque.

3. 用作电气隔离时，应先分断负荷电流，再操作手柄；严禁带大负荷强行操作。

When used for electrical isolation, break the load current first before operating the handle; never force operation under heavy load.

4. 通过手柄及 ON / OFF 标识确认分合状态，检修时应执行验电、锁定等安全措施。

Confirm the open/closed state via the handle and the ON / OFF marking; during maintenance, carry out voltage verification and locking procedures.

5. 应由具备相应资质的电工按接线图安装、操作与维护，并定期检查端子紧固与机械动作。

Installation, operation and maintenance shall be carried out by qualified electricians according to the wiring diagram; check terminal tightness and mechanical action periodically.
